Pros

The company is great, growing in the industry. I did learn a lot during my time there, but had no space to use what I learnt and learned under slave working hours.

Cons

No opportunity to career advancement, low salaries, Micromanager Leaders that leave you no room to grow. No work/Life balance. After leaving the company I noticed what it is to be free again.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
