      - Working in a team with a people from whole world that are happy to help. - Opportunity to learn a lot about Fortinet products and new technologies. - Monthly Bonuses based on ticket closure, customer feedbacks, etc. - Hybrid work.

      - Work can not be done, customers' tickets and calls are every day. - Constantly workload because of tickets and calls. - Some of the clients are really tough to work with, its exhausting.
