1. Fortinet has a great team of professionals. 2. The company really cares about employees. 3. Take into account employees first for new positions. 4. The Management is very accesible in all levels.

Cons

1. Do not offer health insurance in many countries. 2. The growth expectation of the company is very high, which causes a greater workload and greater pressure to reach the quota. 3. It is important to negotiate the salary well when entering the company. After being inside it is very difficult to obtain a significant salary increase.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
