Pros
FORVIS has a good culture and is is normal to have conversations across all levels whereas some other larger firms will see a bigger divide when it comes to lower staff interacting with Directors/Partners.
Cons
Pay is consistently below market-average and the hours you get asked to work are much longer then what is preached during recruiting. Scheduling can be terrible resulting in jobs that are under-staffed leading to massive amounts of backlog work. Partners are some of the highest paid in the profession though so if you plan to stay until you make Partner its probably a good firm choice.
