Pros
At the time that I worked for FBM, we were growing rapidly. We had an amazing team who were able to do great work at a fast pace.
Cons
The fast pace created "growing pains" that would have been avoided had we grown more steadily and/or had permission to be more transparent to at least one level down in the organization. Lack of planning often became someone's emergency; which in all fairness is often the case with many companies.
