Weekly pay, insurance, friendly environment, on the job training. Workers are always willing to help new trainees.
Cons
Work is very inconsistent. Losing contracts due to poor management and sales team. Sales associate gets heads up about potential clients and doesn't follow up. He's also never seen at the office.
