Pros
No pros, the company itself over works the employees and under pays them.
Cons
The company is 'growing', refuses to hire more employees to shift the workload. In the meantime, management is quick to say that all employees are required to wear multiple hats but refuses to increase the pay. The expectation and delivery is obviously lacking. The problem is management! The CEOs are quick to say that every raise is a case by case basis since the company doesn't do annual reviews. Then to get a raise takes 18+ months if you are lucky to stay that long. Alot of empty promises and no deliverances. This applies across all branches.
