Pros
They are growing into a nationwide company. They have great benefits. The upper management seems to have thought of everything it takes to make the company able to grow into something huge.
Cons
The lower management does not know how to communicate very well yet. They still need to realize that they need to communicate problems they feel are happening within the company in a manner that helps others grow not take offence.
