Pros

Able to work from home

Cons

Low Pay especially since they want you to be tech suppport and customer service Not enough support system for WAH agents Coaches/trainers barely know more than agents not good resources to go to for help Conflicting ideas of what is expected of you in training and once in production The customers tended to know what was going on before agents. got most of my updates on line or via news/social media before received from company. system not the greatest. I can go on and on on the cons but wont for now.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
