Pros

if you are looking for overtime good place for short term

Cons

this is not a company you want to work at long term......any company who has their coaches begging for employees to come on here and put something positive about the company to offset the bad reviews should send up a red flag. Have read the reviews and all the bad reviews are very true of this company in general. I do have to question the few good reviews as to their truthfulness. If you need to work take job but get out ASAP. There is no floor support. Raise your hand and there is no one on the floor. This company sets you up for failure. Beware!!!!! Pay is not that good. Insurance is really bad. Unrealistic expectations. One week you are working overtime and the next they are forcing you to take mandatory time off because the company can't get the floor support numbers correct. there it no stability here. Always walking in wondering if you will still have a job at the end of your shift. Everyone i know there is looking for a way out.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
