Pros

They need creative people with good ideas. Have potential and capability to be an industry leader and will pay for top talent. If you like working for big companies, this one has over 65,000 employees worldwide.

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of direction, sinking ship. A great company for self-starters who can find their own way. The company has been cutting costs and trying to go public, but it is clearly struggling to find its way and position itself appropriately.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
