Pros

Nothing. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

I worked here for a few months, and before I accepted the job offer, I was told multiple lies by the recruiter. The job was extremely stressful, and there was no help from the team leaders when you had a question. You would have a customer on the line while not knowing what to do, since the training was very poor. The biggest let down was the threats from supervisors, and the write ups for any little thing. No PTO until after 6 months, and even if you call out sick, you get written up. I know people that were given final warnings for missing work to go to a family member's funeral. Almost everyone I started training/working with have all quit or gotten fired within 3 months. Another major thing was the company taking money from the paychecks for health benefits, but never providing it to the employee. There are multiple ongoing lawsuits against this company. Go with a different company. This goes to Sykes/Sitel, or whatever name they are going by now to try to separate themselves from the mess. It's all the same.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
