Pros

Ability to work from home other then that Nothing good has come from my experience They do very sketchy Business Transactions and treatment of their employees is no Different APPLICANT BE WARNED!!!!!

Cons

Almost every thing they Do is a con I am not sure how the are able to get away with most of what they do.Sitel, then Sykes, then foundever,Harver,Align all under the same umbrella They must be doing some sort of tax fraud at the very least ,with the amount of name changes and integrations they do they I get the business model and aspect but your equiptment I'd not good enough to handle the HORDS of customer calls and complaints and issues that make it nearly if not impossible to meet the metrics they expect you to adhere to to keep your job.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
