Pros

Good entry-level job, learn a lot of customer support skills Multicultural envrioment

Cons

Not very flexible Big workload with little recognizition The building Youll get reprimanded asap no matter how small mistake you make but wont ever hear any recogniztion for your work, theyll just put more and more in your plate as soon as they see you doing well, this lead to little interest to actually going beyond expectations. They have no issue overworking some agents and letting others easy based on friendship system

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We understand that customer service can be stressful sometimes for both our associates and customers. Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. Our “You said we did” campaign addresses the issues raised by our associates and works to create a good work environment for our associates. We also provide a counseling program that helps our associates in many topics such as psychological, legal, fiscal, and social support topics. Our HR Open Door initiative is also a way for our associates to express their concerns directly to our HR team. Sofia from Foundever.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
