Pros
I always tell my customers they can tell the quality of a company by how they treat their employees, and this is the happiest I've ever been with a company. We're given the tools we need to succeed and treated fairly. While it's the only car dealership I've ever worked for, I can definitely say I'm lucky to work for the best in this area. It's not an "every man for himself" type of company. I've been here 8 years and have no plans of leaving until it's time to retire.
Cons
Every place has its cons. I can't think of any worth mentioning.
