Pros

I have been working with this company for over a year now, and I have enjoyed every single day at work. I found the work environment to be positive and supportive. My team is incredibly collaborative, and I've always felt comfortable sharing my ideas and asking for help. The management is furthermore very responsive and has supported my career growth. The company also offers great benefits, including free lunches, health insurance 49K plan, and generous PTO.

Cons

As no company is perfect, I can see that each department is working on effective communication to reduce misunderstandings.

Pros

I always tell my customers they can tell the quality of a company by how they treat their employees, and this is the happiest I've ever been with a company. We're given the tools we need to succeed and treated fairly. While it's the only car dealership I've ever worked for, I can definitely say I'm lucky to work for the best in this area. It's not an "every man for himself" type of company. I've been here 8 years and have no plans of leaving until it's time to retire.

Cons

Every place has its cons. I can't think of any worth mentioning.
