Pros

Four Stars Ford is different than your average dealership. Four Stars Ford sets the bar high and gives you the tools and opportunities to be successful. They treat you like family and ask that you treat others the same. Bottom line... It's a great place to work. It feels like I've finally found a place to call home.

Cons

I honestly don't have any "cons". If you've worked in the auto industry before, you have assumptions and experiences about any dealership. I'm telling you... this place is different.

Pros

I always tell my customers they can tell the quality of a company by how they treat their employees, and this is the happiest I've ever been with a company. We're given the tools we need to succeed and treated fairly. While it's the only car dealership I've ever worked for, I can definitely say I'm lucky to work for the best in this area. It's not an "every man for himself" type of company. I've been here 8 years and have no plans of leaving until it's time to retire.

Cons

Every place has its cons. I can't think of any worth mentioning.
