Pros

I always tell my customers they can tell the quality of a company by how they treat their employees, and this is the happiest I've ever been with a company. We're given the tools we need to succeed and treated fairly. While it's the only car dealership I've ever worked for, I can definitely say I'm lucky to work for the best in this area. It's not an "every man for himself" type of company. I've been here 8 years and have no plans of leaving until it's time to retire.

Cons

Every place has its cons. I can't think of any worth mentioning.

Great pay, fulfilling work, enjoyable days Every day offers new opportunities to learn and grow. This is a welcoming environment filled with people who are willing to help each other be successful. Maintaining a team mindset that the owner encourages while still allowing individuals to thrive makes for comradery rather than competition amongst all employees.

Occasional difficult customers, vehicles of interest being sold without us knowing
