Pros
Many highly intelligent and skilled co-workers. Opportunity for advancement if you run with the right crowd. Flexible PTO Workout space
Cons
Pay is below industry standard unless you are sales/executive or have connections there. Benefits are also below industry standard and are constantly revised requiring changes in healthcare providers almost every year. Nepotism leads to underutilized employees with strong skill sets in favor of creating unnecessary positions for outsiders just to push paper. Product releases are not thoroughly planned if at all and have little QA/QC resulting in backlash from clients. Outdated product in the current tech environment Clients who have an 'in' with the CEO receive preferential treatment regardless of their account size or payment status.
