Pros

BFCU allows its employees plenty of opportunities to move up and around in the company but it's mostly in the branch since they are always opening up new branch on the Island.

Cons

If you're not good at selling this job isn't for you. Regardless of how proficent you may be at your job it seems they focus solely on sales.

Pros

Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

Cons

Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
