Great Teamwork and Collaboration between staff. member service driven, competitive pay and benefits, paid holidays, reimbursement for tuition and gym programs, great 401k match, paid time off and holidays, they tend to hire great people. Lots of training and support
Cons
Highly Sales oriented, Unrealistic expectations, understaffed, inflexible when it comes to having a college schedule, hard to get time off approved, no work-life balance they expect you to be available all day 6 days per week even when you are part time., they expect you to come in on your day off to attend a 1-2 hour meeting.
