- So the main advantage is that I am a contractor so literally building the schedule on my own - Communicative young guys - Fast pay

Cons

- Loads are cheap sometimes though you always got a choice - Industry is getting worse though it's always like that everywhere, I mean you can't affect it, just be more flexible
