Pros

- Company has a great focus in learning and developing employees through multiple training programs. Most of the trainings are done through external education partners - that really shows company's commitment and investment towards learning - Great company for freshers - Visionary founders - Decent pay structure in US, not sure about India/ other locations - HR dept in US was initially weak but new HR is putting a lot of effort in responding to employee issues-- I think this was a long time ask by US team, that has finally being resolved

Cons

- Company is in a crucial transformation stage. With loads of things happening in AI/ ML space in developed markets like US, company still needs to do a lot in transforming leadership/ culture in some accounts. Issues like these are real bottlenecks and to be blamed for stagnancy - I left the company due to toxic environment and leader in a particular account is simply to be blamed for all the attrition in the US based team. Most of the people in this team are simply leaving or switching teams. Not sure, why top management is still holding such project managers and avoid taking any strict action. Fractal is known for it's great culture, but after working in this particular project and with project manager, by trust towards the company broke and I finally left the company. I loved the work and vision of the company, but I simply left due to toxic culture created in my team.

Pros

The company's client centricity is exceptional, with a deeply embedded focus on delivering value, reflected in a strong and loyal client base built on high levels of trust and credibility. There is a significant commitment to AI research and forward looking capabilities, alongside a clear investment in building a people first culture over time. The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
