Pros
1. Multiple projects to work with 2. FAA is a good platform to learn new technologies 3. The work-life balance is fair 4. You get 27 holidays 5. MNC company, and you get good stocks 6. They have a potral where we can raise an IT request and they used to get resolved within 48 hrs max
Cons
1. I was extremely underpaid, less than the IIT interns who were working under me, lol 2. Read the joining clause! I just can not emphasize on this, trust me I had to pay back 1/3rd of my salary by resigning 1 month before getting my second retention bonus, they asked me back my last year's retention bonus for leaving a month earlier. And the reason I left was hospitalization. 3. My colleagues who still work there had complains regarding being on bench for long and being rejected by a project that selected her (even before she started working for them) and then going back to the bench again. 4. The reply time for HR is a lot. IT team is good but HR takes days to reply. Good luck if you are working remotely! 5. Another colleague was frustrated because she was given an extremely low offer for an onsite opportunity because of which the salary she was getting after all the expenses in that city was less than that she was making in India! 6. No mention of the laptop buyback policy, I got to know about it after I left
