Pros
The only pro I felt was WFH which has now been changed to 2 days WFO. Unlimited leaves would have been a pro but it is logically capped at 27.
Cons
Coming to the cons, the culture in many project seems to be toxic. The manin reason behind this is due to young and weak leadership. PMs are not able to properly manage the projects and handle the client's. The developers are not shielded and there is no barrier b/w the client and them. Moreover, there is no technical lead position which is really required for software development. Underestimatimg the time by the sales team to the client without consulting the product teams when the project starts. This transparent culture that these people talk about is absolute non-sense. First of all, I tend to believe absolute transparency is not required But still, in the name of transparency, these weekly townhall have no usage and does not add anything. It is just an echo chamber for the CEO and other executives to regurgitate the same thing. Coursera licence are never given to anyone. Horrible policy. It should be present to all employees by default. Not on a first come first serve. This is not a buffet.
