Pros

Every morning when I wake up, I'm excited to go to work. I love sitting alongside so many intelligent, motivated and driven colleagues, and I can't imagine a more beautiful office. Framebridge has a big future in store. We've disrupted the outdated custom framing industry with a product and service that customers genuinely love and has uncapped market potential. We have the support of world-class investors and advisers and are led by an unbelievably smart, involved and refreshingly blunt CEO. We're allowed and encouraged to put our customer first in every sense—from customer service to product development to marketing campaigns—which serves as a clear guiding light for our work. Our goals are aggressive, but clear, and we're challenged every day to ensure we hit them. I know how lucky I am to have the opportunity to work at a company like Framebridge. Now that I've tasted it, I can't imagine *not* wanting to feel this feeling that comes with crazy, scary, rapid growth. I look forward to it every day as I sit at my desk in this sunlit restored theater. It's an addiction... The good kind.

Cons

Because we have three office locations (corporate in Georgetown in DC and factories in Lanham, MD and Richmond, KY), it's sometimes hard to communicate across teams, but it's awesome to see how each group has developed its own culture and personality.

Pros

As an employee at Framebridge, the work environment was generally structured and process-driven, with clear guidelines for completing daily tasks. Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.

Cons

Some cons of working at Framebridge include the fast-paced workload during busy periods and the repetitive nature of some tasks. Productivity expectations can also feel demanding at times, especially when handling high order volumes.
