Pros

The opportunity to wear many hats and be involved, take ownership. The great feeling of being part of something special. The bonding experience of serving together during peak season, everyone helps. The company cares about each piece of artwork, about each employee, and about what each person thinks; your input is valued.

Cons

I felt slightly overlooked for my contribution helping launch a new location. After time to reflect, I had unrealistic expectations, everyone worked as hard as I did. I made a mistake leaving the team over a bruised ego.

Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.
