Pros

Office location and the product is an easy sell.

Cons

Don't expect to move up, sideways or forward. Don't expect to grow your skills when taking a position here. The lack of focus and transparency leads to poor choices being made. This leads to more work being put on the employees that are already stretched thin. Managers are under qualified and there is nothing in place to keep them accountable. If you're popular amongst the office you will move forward without any experience to back up decisions. The lack of training leads to lots of mistakes that leave others to pick up the slack. The managers rarely step in to help or even notice when things go wrong. No one ever knows what is going on. There is a serious lack of communication and being a startup this is what would send them crashing. "Talented people get asked to leave, pushed out, or fired leaving very few impressive colleagues" <--- Spot on from another review. The company is biting off more than they can chew and it shows.

Pros

As an employee at Framebridge, the work environment was generally structured and process-driven, with clear guidelines for completing daily tasks. Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.

Cons

Some cons of working at Framebridge include the fast-paced workload during busy periods and the repetitive nature of some tasks. Productivity expectations can also feel demanding at times, especially when handling high order volumes.
