Pros

Fun environment, lots of artsy folks, allowed to play music, free lunch, great benefits for full time

Cons

Drama everywhere, management all over the place, either a ton of work and scheduled too much over time, or none at all and people are sent home early

Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.
