Pros

Free snacks and drinks for breaks and lunch.

Cons

There's no point to learning more than your own position. Management will complain if you help another area too often. If you do less then the bare minimum, they actually favour you. Employees are allowed to belittle and threaten each other. The rules mean nothing here. Snacks and drinks on the work-floor, people doing nothing for hours, can't listen to music unless you blast it from a cheap speaker that annoys your teammates, PDA is a-okay here, promotions are given to new hires and not existing workers, the promotions that are given to existing workers are given to those less deserving, the point system is broken, AC is broken, people who don't know any better will incorrectly tell you how to do the job that you do every day, breaks are spread too far apart, sick days don't exist, people open-mouth cough every single time, management steals ideas of employees and passes them off as their own, complaints to management go nowhere and result only in retaliation, whomever controls the music app that you have to pay to request songs on will skip your songs in the middle of playing and outright block the artist if they don't like them, favouritism is to the point of discrimination, managers will protect their friends and hunt down whomever they dislike, every-day supplies are in short stock and constantly being horded, art is constantly destroyed by people that just don't care. The only way to strive here is to be a bad employee that's good at office politics.

The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.
