Pros

Relaxed office atmosphere and good benefits

Cons

Mismanaged across the business. Overly focused on branding but can’t get marketing spend under control. No effective leadership in operations and tech is slow to provide the needed support to scale. 2-3 people at the top control the direction of the company and they are doing a poor job. Kissing the CEO’s behind might get you promotions and raises but you’re screwing her over.

Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.

Cons

Some cons of working at Framebridge include the fast-paced workload during busy periods and the repetitive nature of some tasks. Productivity expectations can also feel demanding at times, especially when handling high order volumes.
