Pros

Working with customers provides new and interesting challenges everyday. Most of the people who work here are nice, there aren't really any cliques.

Cons

There is a constant and almost intentional division between customer experience and production that makes work difficult. Any new employee will see a dozen issues and will try to bring them up with potential solutions: I promise you, they are known and have been known for years. The company has all of this money to expand the stores, but apparently no money for raises. There's a reason the turnover is so high, and don't be surprised when one of the managers leaves around holiday season. It's become a tradition.

Pros

As an employee at Framebridge, the work environment was generally structured and process-driven, with clear guidelines for completing daily tasks. Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.

Cons

Some cons of working at Framebridge include the fast-paced workload during busy periods and the repetitive nature of some tasks. Productivity expectations can also feel demanding at times, especially when handling high order volumes.
