Pros

Seeing the various art and working with the clients was the most enjoyable part.

Cons

Racist white women who hold a false sense of consciousness when they are clearly out right bias, passive aggressive and intimidated by affluential people of color. Does not cultivate a place of diversity internally, but advertised a false shell of "Black Lives" matter art work for marketing purposes only. But not what they represent to their core. What they represent the continued agenda that privileged white lives matters. They care nothing about contributing to the culture in a social or equitable way. There is more I COULD say about actual incidents but this is enough and tired of organizations existing in communities that they don't support or socially care about from a human level. Not even the people they have working for them (Asian, Black or other).

Pros

As an employee at Framebridge, the work environment was generally structured and process-driven, with clear guidelines for completing daily tasks. Expectations were communicated through standard procedures, and most responsibilities were straightforward once trained. The role involved consistency, attention to detail, and following established workflows. The pace of work could vary depending on demand, especially during busy periods. Team coordination and communication played a key role in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Overall, the experience reflected a typical production-focused environment where efficiency and accuracy were important in day-to-day operations.

Cons

Some cons of working at Framebridge include the fast-paced workload during busy periods and the repetitive nature of some tasks. Productivity expectations can also feel demanding at times, especially when handling high order volumes.
