Great colleagues but toxic work environment and management - Medical Assistant Franciscan Health Employee Review

Overworked, under appreciated, abused. I worked at one of their urgent cares and we weren’t allowed to leave until the last patient left. We were forced to keep taking patients until the last minute so our patient volume looked better. Management always was able to leave early but we weren’t!
