The only "pro" from working for this organization is that I met some of the most amazing clinicians who don't deserve the treatment they are receiving.
Cons
Horrifying management skills from shift coordinators to managers to directors Questionable integrity Poor staffing ratio No time for lunch breaks; but time is automatically deducted from your check company wide Intra-unit bullying from leadership Accusations are made about employees by leaders about bedside RN's before seeking evidence or truth Management is immediate in protecting themselves and does not think twice sacrificing staff to cover the wreckage they caused
