      Great people and great work environment with very flexible schedule. Would definitely work here if the firm was more widely known

      Smaller firm which makes it a less reputable place compared to big4 - so maybe less exit opportunities?

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
