      Pros

      Lots of value placed on learning and support, trainings are extensive and helpful. People genuinely want you to succeed and will help you when you're struggling. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Busy season hours are very intense. They advertise as less demanding than big 4. I find this to be marginally true. There is little emphasis placed on work life balance. I think for the industry it's okay, but it's not sustainable.

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
