      Employees are well taken care of, the coaching culture is very supportive and puts a focus on the personal and professional development of each employee

      Cons

      Salaries are good but could probably be a bit more competitive. Hours are not high compared to the industry average, but may be more than a non-accounting hob

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
