      Solid rotational program that made every department available to have experience in.

      Cons

      Overnight culture shift with new management. Almost contradictory to what they have been preaching.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
