We are sorry that you had a bad experience while working at Fraser. Our goal is to provide all employees with a safe and healthy work environment. To that end, Fraser complies with and follows all regulatory guidelines regarding the health and safety of pregnant workers as well as follows all specific physician accommodations when presented to our Human Resources group. Regarding remote/hybrid work, managers are empowered to use methods that provide the best collaboration and productivity for their departments. For some departments, this requires a hybrid schedule, while others prefer to work in the office. If you would like to speak with Human Resources about any of these issues, we’d welcome the opportunity. We wish you the best in your career.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we recognize that your experience with Fraser was clearly frustrating, we are disappointed to hear that it left you with such a negative impression of the company. We understand that employees evaluate a workplace through many different lenses, including leadership support, training, communication, compensation and career development. As an organization, we continue to assess and improve these areas to better support both current and future employees. Fraser takes concerns raised through HR seriously and strives to maintain processes that allow employees to raise issues professionally and confidentially. We also remain committed to improving onboarding, leadership development and communication across teams and locations. We recognize that not every employee's experience will be the same, but we value constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to evaluate where we can do better. We appreciate the contributions of former and current employees alike and remain focused on building a respectful, professional and supportive workplace culture.
