We recently conducted a survey to better understanding how much time clinicians are working each week. Although the nature of a professional, salaried role allows flexibility for additional hours, we always strive to help our employees find work/life balance and ensure we are setting them up for success. What's more, Fraser will roll out an aggressive training and development program for new supervisors.
