Pros

Absolutely nothing. People even get sick from the water there. A place to work while looking for better work.

Cons

This place honestly has the look and feel of a prison. Not one person is smiling as you walk through. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. I witnessed over 30 people quit in 1 year of employment. Management is full of false hope and empty promises. Raises are a joke, if you even get one. Warehouse employees are neglected and treated poorly by other "superior" employees in other areas of Fred Beans' corrupt organization. Problem solvers are shot down because no one wants anything to change. Big wigs make the bucks and blue shirts do all the work for nothing. So much drama too. They hire ANYONE so you will be picking up the pieces for a lot of your coworkers, with no compensation for it as they continue to ease by and get paid the same as you. Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism. I regret ever being a part of this company. I hope you read this before wasting your life away too. And for current employees reading this? FREE YOURSELF BROTHERS!!!!!!

Pros

Good benefits and discounts. Every sunday off.

Cons

48-56 hour mandatory work week with no overtime or other compensation. Lazy management that would rather belittle and threaten employees in meetings than address the core issues affecting their departments. Many long term employees have way too much authority and power for their positions. Management doesn't listen to their employees feedback or concerns, issues just get swept under the rug constantly.
