After Ed Dayoob retired the new management team lead by Pete Engel has managed to fire, demote or push out all of the people who helped Ed build the company to the 3rd largest in the US from a grocery store base. All the knowledge and talent is now gone and you just have Operations people running the show with no Merchandising experience. Don't voice an opinion or concern or you will be targeted as not being a team player. Just shake your head in agreement to whatever Management is saying or you will be out the door. The company used to be highly respected in the industry, but now they are just considered a joke. So sad to see such a Cinderella story go down in flames! Shame on you.
