Pros

FreedomPay is an organization with a vast amount of opportunity for any individual who is truly hungry to dedicate themselves to their career and growth. What you put in is what you will get out of it. I speak with first hand experience as one who started as a student in high school and can look back more than a decade later at the accelerated growth of my career as a result of the hard work and dedication I poured into my role here. You will not find this type of environment elsewhere - or you may spend the majority of your career searching for it. FreedomPay demands greatness and we are very proud of that. Greatness is not something that is given - it must be earned. It can require sacrifice. FreedomPay is made up of a core leadership group that acknowledges greatness and rewards those who buy into this winning mentality. At FreedomPay we are always looking to build out a team of people that care about the product, their fellow employees, and winning. If you want to be a part of a winning team and have the appetite for achieving greatness (along with everything that is required to get there), then I highly recommend that you reach out to our recruiting manager for a role that fits your background or interests.

Cons

Dedication to achieving greatness is not for everyone

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working at FreedomPay is the opportunity for career growth. Over the years, I've been promoted multiple times, which speaks to how FreedomPay recognizes and rewards strong performance. It's a fast paced and dynamic environment, where pivots are often necessary. It means work is exciting and ensures you're always learning. The people here are hardworking, committed and deeply collaborative, making FreedomPay a motivating place to build a career.

Cons

The flip side of opportunity is that they have to be earned. This isn't a place where promotions happen because you've been here the longest; FreedomPay is genuinely a meritocracy. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for a slow pace with a lot of downtime.

Pros

My team was great, I loved my direct manger and director. I knew that they always had my back and they made sure we weren't bogged down with upper management drama. We had a lot of autonomy and freedom to complete work as we saw fit/what worked for us personally. They have a generous mat leave policy- you don't have to be at the company for a certain amount of time before you qualify and good work life balance culture. Good benefits and a quarterly company wide bonus structure that was incentivizing.

Cons

Departments are very siloed, making hard to collaborate. There is no formal review process, which can make it difficult to move up as you have no company measurements to go by.
