Pros
This is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. I have been in the POS solution field since I graduated college. As a veteran installer, I am not new to tech or the POS field. I started at Freedompay in December of 2016 and can't be more thankful I made this move. I feel like the management really looks after their staff. The CTO is quite possibly the most amazing guy I have ever worked for. He comes out to our office to visit, treats us to dinner, gives praise to our team, and is quite literally the most down to earth executive I've met. I look forward to every time he comes by. The CEO is innovative, smart, listens to his employees, and knows how to make them smile. The managers are also awesome. My direct lead in Vegas is a mentor, leader, and a friend. He gives the team the strength we need to push ourselves. We are a driven team in a fast paced environment. You have to keep up the pace. You'll keep up if you are a team player with a hunger for knowledge. Do or do not, there is no try.

Don't let the negative reviews fool you. If someone had a negative experience, they were likely a weak link and pushed themselves out. Just my two cents.
