Pros
I am responsible for managing my own time. I enjoy utilising my skill set to improve all types of text (University essays/dissertations, websites, blogs, e-books) and learning new information on a range of topics as I go! It's a scrupulous approach to detailed work requiring a great deal of focus and self-motivation.
Cons
Ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner can be a challenge sometimes (but still a challenge I enjoy!). Maintaining focus for lengthy periods of time.
