Pros
Once in a lifetime experiences, exposure to a large network, learning a lot and gaining confidence, gratitude of contributing to a bigger picture and see it develop and executed, clout of working with a variety of clients, no day is the same, flexibility in schedule, benefit of expressing creativity and working with multiple brands etc.
Cons
Low pay, lack of job security & work-life balance, no PTO or benefits, long hours, sometimes little credit, little growth until moving up to stylist level, a lot of running around and manual labor
