Must be friends with/related to someone higher up, or you won't get anywhere. The "good ol' boy club" is still alive and well. Unable to advance. Those that are related, or go to church together or apart of another club seem to advance quickly but not those that work hard and are on the front lines. Current GM is a tyrant!
