Salary and bonuses. High level of environmental stewardship. Community outreach and volunteer opportunities are always promoted and available for staff participation. Career opportunities in the US as well as internationally.
Cons
Work life balance. Lack of leadership throughout organization, but most notably absent in key managerial roles. Skilled professionals and leaders are leaving due to lack of promotion efficiency and transparency, which is fraught with favoritism and unfair practices.
