Poor Work life balance Hard to mentally get away from work Small town, Family discount type management at sites could get you in trouble if you aren't involved in their group. Supervisor was quick to throw me under the bus when issues occured and never assisted me in tasks. They were schemey and wanted me out since day one, they just tried to find a way to do it through time. Always had to be watching my backside and had employee workplace perks removed.
